Salary: £36,000–£38,000 plus London Weighting and bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Produce and originate distinctive multiplatform content for global audiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different territories.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for commercial clients and partners.
• Oversee all production logistics including shoots, contributors, and post-production workflows.
• Ensure all deliverables meet editorial, legal, and compliance standards.
• Shape compelling narratives aligned with client objectives and editorial integrity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in producing and directing short-form films and social content.
• End-to-end production experience including pre-production, shoot coordination, and post-production.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Excellent editorial judgement and understanding of target audience needs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with directors, creatives, and stakeholders.

• Experience supporting Executive Producers across all stages of production.
