What you will do

• Plan and deliver engaging live radio, social, and long-form video content for a 15–35-year-old audience.
• Support the Senior Producer in managing the live studio environment and pre-recorded interviews.
• Develop and distribute scripts, show planning documents, and implement new show features.
• Record and edit guest interviews and collaborate with the Digital Team for social media content.
• Coordinate with the Branded Content Team to execute on-air campaigns and competitions.
• Devise and execute high-impact PR moments for the show and brand.

Requirements

• Deep passion for and knowledge of Hip Hop, RnB, Reggae, UK Rap, Afrobeats, and Dancehall.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and content growth for YouTube and hirify.global Player.
• Ability to work effectively with high-profile presenter talent and celebrity guests.
• Knowledge of UK media law and commercial radio practices.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
