What you will do

• Generate leads and promote firm capabilities in ESG, carbon assessment, trajectories, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive the business development process across the BeNe region (Brussels, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Rotterdam), including prospection and proposal defense.
• Personally lead and execute high-level consulting projects for corporate clients to ensure quality delivery.
• Develop thought leadership materials, such as case studies and expertise letters, to analyze sector trends and innovations.
• Coach and steer consulting teams within the energy, resources, and utilities business line in Belgium.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, business, or economics from a top-tier university.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company, specifically within the energy sector.
• Proven business development skills and an extensive professional network among large stock-listed corporations.
• Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is a mandatory requirement.
• Must possess a valid work permit to work in Belgium.

• Fluency in German.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
