What you will do

• Manage the entire project lifecycle to ensure KPIs for budget, time, scope, and quality are met.
• Oversee day-to-day project management using Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Coordinate technical delivery across UX, CMS, website development, and integrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery standards.
• Support new business development through content creation, proposals, and pitches.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to commute to London or Bristol for hybrid work (2 days/week)
• Proven agency experience managing digital experience and transformation projects.
• Strong proficiency in Agile delivery and the Scrum framework.
• Experience with technical coordination of UX, CMS, and website development.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
