What you will do

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short- and long-term growth in the Danish market.
• Oversee airport refund operations in Copenhagen and Kastrup Airport, coordinating with refund managers and agents.
• Hunt and farm merchant partnerships while leading relationships with banks and acquiring partners.
• Manage the internal team, including Key Account Managers, overseeing hiring, salary reviews, and performance.
• Maintain strong relations with key stakeholders, including Customs (SKAT), airport authorities, and government bodies.
• Provide market insights, financial reports, and strategic advice to upper management.

Requirements

• Experience combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational involvement.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating diverse teams.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with merchants and institutional partners.
• Financial competence with proficiency in BI, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Fluent English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Copenhagen, Denmark.
