What you will do

• Lead projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, quality, and EHS (Environment Health and Safety).
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams to deliver results within given cost frameworks.
• Serve as the primary contact person for customers throughout the entire project duration.
• Manage contracts, including change and claims management.
• Control costs and cash flow with accurate forecasts of spending.
• Handle risk management, status reporting, and coordinate procurement of equipment and services.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Business Administration specializing in logistics.
• Proven project experience with strong cost, time, and quality awareness.
• Experience in the logistics sector and working in live environments.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 30%) and a valid driving license.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and constructive conflict management skills.
• Analytical approach to work and a high level of personal responsibility.
