What you will do

• Design and develop AI models and LLMs to solve specific business challenges.
• Implement and support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for enhanced information retrieval.
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy models using Hugging Face libraries and tools.
• Configure and optimize GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot for development and business users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing processes.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and monitor model performance in production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in AI Engineering, ML Engineering, or Data Science (internships included).
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLMs and RAG techniques.
• English: Good communication skills required

Nice to have

• Experience with Hugging Face libraries and model deployment.
• Knowledge of the R programming language.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
