TL;DR
Principal Brand Designer (AI) (Brand Design/AI): Building scalable visual identity systems, brand standards, and creative workflows for OLX Group and its portfolio of brands with an accent on multi-brand governance, design systems, and AI-enabled creative production. Focus on defining creative direction, strengthening brand consistency across customer touchpoints, and influencing senior stakeholders through strategic design leadership.

What you will do
- Define and evolve group-wide brand identities, visual principles, standards, and governance across and its portfolio of brands.
- Build scalable multi-brand design systems, asset libraries, documentation, and enablement resources.
- Develop AI-ready design systems, prompt libraries, reusable templates, automation workflows, and governance models.
- Set the creative quality bar across product launches, executive communications, employer branding, events, web experiences, and marketing initiatives.
- Translate customer insights, brand positioning, and business priorities into cohesive visual systems and brand experiences.
- Mentor designers, provide critique, and influence senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Executive Leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in brand design or visual design.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual identity, typography, layout, storytelling, motion, and digital brand experience work.
- Experience building or evolving brands at scale across multiple products or markets.
- Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite, plus experience with enterprise design systems and motion design.
- Deep familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
- Strong communication, presentation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
