Salary: $22.32 - $23.50 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive intake and assessments to develop tailored self-sufficiency plans for refugee and immigrant clients.
• Coordinate pre- and post-arrival services, including housing, healthcare, food, and transportation.
• Provide direct advocacy and case management to help clients overcome barriers to essential community resources.
• Perform home visits to assess living conditions and facilitate local community integration.
• Manage direct assistance funds and help clients with financial planning and budgeting.
• Maintain detailed case documentation and collaborate with internal teams (Employment, Health, Youth Services) and external partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the human services field.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal, insured vehicle.
• Must be based in or able to work in Tallahassee, FL.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital tools for data entry.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience in multicultural environments.

Nice to have

• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency relevant to refugee populations.
• Previous experience working specifically with refugee and/or immigrant communities.
