What you will do

• Provide comprehensive capacity building and compliance assistance to Alaska Native victim services programs.
• Develop and execute customized assistance plans to ensure adherence to DOJ/OJP award conditions.
• Create culturally responsive training curricula, resources, and webinars for Alaska Native audiences.
• Conduct community needs assessments and support strategic sustainability planning for grantee programs.
• Facilitate peer learning exchanges and communities of practice to share subject matter expertise.
• Collaborate with government clients, partners, and stakeholders to resolve monitoring issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Must be located in Alaska
• U.S. citizenship required due to federal government contract
• Must obtain a Public Trust security clearance prior to start date
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering capacity building or compliance assistance to Alaska Native communities
• Minimum 5 years of experience in victim services
• Proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration platforms
