TL;DR
Associate Director, HCP Marketing, Bylvay (Rare Disease) (Biopharma/HCP Marketing): Leading U.S. marketing initiatives and promotional activities for Bylvay in rare cholestatic liver diseases with an accent on peer-to-peer programs, congresses, speaker bureaus, advisory boards, and multichannel engagement. Focus on developing brand tactics, measuring KPIs, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring compliant execution under pharmaceutical promotion regulations.

Location: Cambridge, United States

Annual base salary: $161,250–$236,500

What you will do

  • Lead peer-to-peer marketing initiatives for Bylvay, including congresses, speaker bureaus, and advisory boards.
  • Develop and execute congress marketing plans, speaker bureau content, training, and ongoing operations.
  • Create promotional materials, messages, and multichannel engagement tactics for healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for brand tactical plans and communicate performance to Rare Disease leadership.
  • Contribute to brand planning and tactical plan development across the Rare Disease portfolio.
  • Coordinate with field leadership, sales training, medical affairs, legal, business ethics, analytics, and other marketing teams.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of biopharmaceutical commercial experience, including at least 5 years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial marketing.
  • Successful launch experience in rare or specialty categories; sales or field-based experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong scientific and medical aptitude, with significant knowledge of rare diseases, complex science, and reimbursement.
  • Experience managing projects, vendors, and large budgets, along with knowledge of AMA, ACCME, PhRMA, and FDA promotional requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; PharmD or MBA preferred.
