TL;DR
Operational Risk / Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) Specialist (Web3): Supporting the development and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) with an accent on risk governance, monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and operational risk initiatives. Focus on performing risk assessments for digital asset products, consolidating regional risk incidents, and strengthening risk culture across the organization.
Location: Remote (Must be based in Hong Kong)

What you will do
- Develop and enhance enterprise risk management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Establish and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and prepare risk reports for senior management and Board Committees.
- Consolidate operational risk incidents across regional entities and perform trend analysis to identify emerging risks.
- Conduct risk assessments for new crypto and digital asset products, validating the effectiveness of controls.
- Support operational risk programs including Third-Party Risk Management, Incident Management, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operational Risk, ERM, Audit, Advisory, or Financial Services.
- Experience in the fintech, digital assets, or cryptocurrency industry is highly preferred.
- Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in Hong Kong
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms and database management systems.
- Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, CRISC, or CIA.
- Familiarity with operational risk methodologies, including Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).
