Non-Financial Risk Specialist (Business Banking)

Location: Madrid, Spain. Hybrid arrangement with regular work from the hirify.global office and from home.

What you will do

• Advise business management and provide constructive challenge on the identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitorhirify.global of non-financial risks.
• Oversee operational risk management, governance, controls effectiveness, incident management, and change initiatives across Business Bankhirify.global.
• Participate in risk assessments and PARPs for strategic projects and programs.
• Develop, maintain, and roll out NFR frameworks, policies, minimum standards, and procedures.
• Perform quality assurance and deep-dive reviews as part of second-line monitorhirify.global.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory and legislative changes, support risk awareness trainhirify.global, and report risk insights to senior management.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 or more years of experience as a non-financial risk analyst focused on Business Bankhirify.global.
• Strong understandhirify.global of digital bankhirify.global, Business Bankhirify.global products and processes, customer journeys, and related regulations.
• Experience with end-to-end process analysis, root-cause analysis, risk assessments, testhirify.global methodologies, and controls effectiveness.
• Knowledge of operational risk management, governance, incident management, and regulatory requirements.
• University degree or equivalent, strong data analysis skills, executive communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
