What you will do

• Execute the SRE strategy and multi-quarter roadmap covering reliability, observability, and incident management.
• Define and continuously improve SLAs, SLOs, and operational health metrics across all products.
• Lead production reliability, including monitoring, alerting, on-call operations, and root cause analysis.
• Manage external SRE vendors and lead the internal QA engineering strategy with a focus on automation.
• Oversee core platform operations including Azure AKS, Kubernetes, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
• Drive observability maturity and adoption of AI-enabled automation to reduce manual toil.

Requirements

• 12+ years of SRE, infrastructure, or platform engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven track record owning reliability for complex, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Deep expertise in Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
• Experience managing vendor relationships for managed infrastructure services.
• Must be based in the United States; this position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology or HIPAA-compliant environments.
• Familiarity with FHIR-native or EMR/EHR platform architectures.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted SRE automation (anomaly detection, incident triage).
• Background working with Playwright or equivalent test automation frameworks.
