Exchange Operations Analyst

Location: Singapore

What you will do

• Configure and test exchange application end-to-end with Operations and Quant teams.
• Monitor exchange prices and spreads to align with global market prices.
• Manage treasury for quant wallet and maintain exchange liquidity.
• Prepare and present weekly OKR reports.
• Onboard and manage partners on the exchange.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to increase profitability using trading metrics.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience in exchange operations.
• Experience in crypto operations and process optimization.
• Knowledge of spot or conversion trading in financial services and/or user operations.
• Experience with risk management and automation tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
