What you will do

• Act as the CEO's execution arm to drive strategic priorities and regional business goals.
• Lead cross-functional projects including market entry, product readiness, and CX restructuring.
• Manage emerging-markets expansion mechanics, including entity setup, licensing, and banking infrastructure.
• Build and maintain KPI frameworks to ensure data-driven decision-making across the business.
• Identify and remove operational friction to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Design processes that are compliant by construction within the financial regulatory perimeter.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• Proven experience in a regulated financial or fintech environment (brokerage, exchange, or payments).
• Strong ability to influence without authority across diverse teams.
• Experience building operational frameworks from scratch.
• Deep understanding of regulatory environments, ideally including MAS.
• Ability to balance strategic high-level views with hands-on operational execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with emerging markets expansion.
• Knowledge of crypto and derivatives products.
• Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements.
