Salary: $97,000 - $106,700 per year

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day benefits operations, including leading recurring stand-ups and tracking SLA adherence for tickets.
• Monitor and report ticket statuses and KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Evaluate current processes and create new policies surrounding servicing guidelines.
• Manage new hire onboarding and training schedules, while maintaining reference materials.
• Lead partner calls to relay operational issues, feedback, and questions.
• Triage and escalate incoming inquiries to Product, Engineering, or Legal teams as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an operations role.
• Advanced knowledge of life, disability, dental, or vision benefits required.
• Experience in partnership management and working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Experience working cross-functionally across different business units.
