What you will do

• Generate detailed highway, bridge, and site plans including associated technical details.
• Provide specialized design support to technical staff.
• Conduct analysis and provide support using MicroStation and OpenRoads/InRoads software.

Requirements

• A.S. degree or technical school certification in CAD/Drafting or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to work on-site in Rochester, NY.
• Proficiency in CAD/Drafting software, specifically MicroStation CONNECT Edition and OpenRoads/InRoads.
• Ability to communicate proficiently both in writing and verbally.
• Strong organization, planning, and team collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• 2-5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of NYSDOT CAD standards and transportation design fundamentals.
