What you will do

• Lead the preparation of detailed design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for transportation projects.
• Perform advanced design calculations and ensure strict compliance with applicable standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate design activities among multidisciplinary teams to ensure project cohesion.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Collaborate with project engineers and managers on quality control reviews and schedule tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years of Texas transportation engineering design experience.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• Proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
• Must be able to work onsite in El Paso, Texas.
