Global Marketing Packaging Intern (Sustainability): Supporting global packaging and format innovations for Specialized Nutrition products with an accent on environmental sustainability and consumer experience. Location: Must be a resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Hybrid work from Hoofddorp (2-3 times/week) and Utrecht (occasionally).

What you will do

• Support consumer research studies to test new packaging innovations.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams on pack transformation projects and prototype feedback.
• Prepare go-to-market strategies and deployment "toolkits" for local market teams.
• Project manage design processes and artwork, maintaining workflows with external agencies.
• Track and manage the project budget.

Requirements

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number (Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit).
• Available to start in August 2026 for 6-12 months, 5 days per week.
• English: Fluent (C1) spoken and written.
• Student of Marketing, Innovation, Product Design, or a related field.
