What you will do

• Lead and coach Client Services leaders to deliver best-in-class outcomes for APAC clients.
• Own retention and account expansion strategies, partnering with Sales on account planning and renewals.
• Manage executive-level client relationships and resolve complex regional service challenges.
• Simplify regional workflows and track performance metrics to improve productivity and reduce burnout.
• Coordinate with Legal and Revenue Operations to navigate APAC data privacy regulations and ensure compliance.
• Partner with global Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to feed APAC market feedback into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client services, customer success, or account management in programmatic advertising, digital media, or adtech.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers and building teams across diverse APAC markets.
• Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, campaign strategy, optimization, measurement, and service models).
• Fluency with DSP platforms or proven ability to build platform mastery quickly.
• Strong knowledge of APAC digital advertising markets, including experience across countries such as Singapore, Australia, Japan, Greater China, and Southeast Asia.
• Working understanding of regional regulatory and data privacy rules in APAC.
