• Lead sourcing and technical evaluations directly with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Produce detailed CMF specifications and briefs to ensure production accuracy.
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for design integrity during reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, CMF Design, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of CMF design experience in consumer electronics or lifestyle products.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, KeyShot, and SolidWorks.
• Deep knowledge of color theory, materials innovation, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record of working directly with suppliers to bring solutions to market.
