What you will do

• Lead industrial design ideation and concept development grounded in consumer insights, VoC data, and trend research.
• Translate research findings into product design principles, opportunity areas, and concept directions.
• Analyze VoC feedback, customer data, and usage patterns to identify experience gaps and unmet needs.
• Conduct focused trend studies and analyze competitive landscapes to ensure commercial relevance.
• Develop form studies, CMF narratives, and visual storytelling materials to communicate design rationale.
• Collaborate with Product Planning, Engineering, and HQ teams to align design with business strategy.

Requirements

• Expertise in industrial design and physical product development.
• Proven ability to integrate research and market realities into design outcomes.
• Experience using research tools such as WGSN, Mintel, or Statista.
• Ability to present concept logic and design direction to cross-functional leadership.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA (location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ).
