Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly

What you will do

• Develop comprehensive visual marketing materials that meet organizational standards.
• Create engaging, on-brand video content to support internal product marketing.
• Translate complex technical information into simple, polished, and user-friendly content.
• Collaborate with technical experts and program teams to produce unified visual content.
• Manage creative digital design assets across the O&T enterprise.
• Develop brand guidelines specific to video production in partnership with the communications team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong video portfolio.
• Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Must be able to work from the New York office at least three days per week.
• Experience in digital design, including UI/UX principles.
• Proven ability to organize video production logistics and film on-site.
• Experience designing for executive-level stakeholders.
