What you will do

• Lead and manage category management projects for key customers to deliver customized solutions and drive business growth.
• Analyze customer, sales, and market data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations.
• Serve as an analytical subject matter expert to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with the Category Management team to develop, refine, and implement tools and processes.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations using data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
• Support data integration efforts across internal and external customer data sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a business environment with a focus on data analysis and business insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in the local area (Bentonville, Arkansas).

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or other programming languages.
• Proficiency with Oracle, Snowflake, and Tableau.
• Strong ability to solve complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations based on market data.
