What you will do

• Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for the data engineering function to align with business objectives.
• Own the design and development of scalable, high-performance data pipelines.
• Establish a strong data governance framework, including quality standards, monitoring, and security protocols.
• Optimize the data analytics platform and infrastructure for better performance and cost efficiency.
• Manage the complete data lifecycle from ingestion to automated reporting to maximize strategic value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role guiding teams.
• Expertise in cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Proficiency with modern orchestration and transformation tools like Airflow and DBT.
• Strong command of Python and SQL with a focus on backend development, APIs, and CI/CD.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent degree.
