Senior Specialist Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical solution discussions to translate complex business needs into scalable architectures.
• Design end-to-end solutions using hirify.global Quick, including agentic features, dashboarding, and automation.
• Collaborate with field sales, training, and support teams to ensure customer success.
• Distill customer feedback into clear requirements to influence the hirify.global Quick product roadmap.
• Create technical content such as white papers, reference architectures, and workshops.
• Evangelize AWS services at public events like AWS Summits and re:Invent.

Requirements

• Japanese fluency (native/near-native) and Business level English required.
• Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Experience working with or evaluating AI systems.
• Deep expertise in data and analytics, including SQL and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience developing dashboards with platforms like QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

• Experience communicating with executive-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Background in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
• Cloud Technology Certification (Solutions Architecture, Security, or DevOps).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
