What you will do

• Define the long-term data science vision and strategy for ads measurement, signal quality, identity, and privacy.
• Create rigorous frameworks for validating lift, attribution, identity quality, and signal loss recovery.
• Lead the evolution of experimentation methodologies across Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, and Split Testing.
• Quantify the impact of signal quality and privacy changes on bidding efficiency, CPA, and ROAS.
• Establish reusable methodologies, dashboards, and quality metrics for the Ads DS organization.
• Mentor Staff and Senior data scientists to raise the technical bar for causal inference and measurement science.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of industry experience in data science, applied science, or statistics.
• Deep expertise in ads measurement, causal inference, and experimental design.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Proven track record of leading ambiguous, cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and mentor senior individual contributors.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversion modeling, identity graph evaluation, or signal loss recovery.
• Knowledge of MMM, MTA, and third-party measurement partnerships.
• Experience with privacy-preserving modeling, clean rooms, and consent-aware systems.
• Familiarity with two-sided marketplaces and auction systems.
