What you will do

• Develop measurement methodologies across experimentation and causal inference to improve the reliability of business decision-making.
• Design robust randomized and quasi-experimental approaches for scenarios where controlled testing is impractical.
• Prototype statistical and machine learning techniques to solve real-world measurement challenges.
• Define and promote best practices for experiment design and analysis across multiple product teams.
• Partner with senior leadership and engineering to evolve hirify.global's experimentation platform and capabilities.
• Mentor data scientists and analysts to raise the organization's overall technical and analytical capability.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative field.
• 5+ years of industry experience applying experimentation, causal inference, and measurement science.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL for large-scale analytical workflows.
• Deep expertise in A/B testing and modern quasi-experimental methods.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction and communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK (Hybrid setup).

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, e-commerce, or subscription-based consumer technology.
• Proficiency with Databricks, Snowflake, Git, and Airflow.
• Experience using AI tools and LLMs to enhance data science workflows.
