Fashion Marketing Account Director (Fashion)

Location: Remote - Argentina. Note: Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 4–6 fashion and apparel accounts, diagnosing growth constraints using the Nova ecosystem.
• Coordinate efforts across paid search, paid social, influencer, SEO, email, and creative teams.
• Consult on customer retention strategies, analyzing repeat purchase rates, LTV by cohort, and loyalty mechanics.
• Own senior client relationships and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to connect campaign decisions to business outcomes.
• Manage account retention and expansion to grow MRR and lead renewals.
• Coach and provide direct feedback to analysts and specialists.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in fashion or apparel marketing, either agency or brand side.
• Deep understanding of the synergy between creative strategy and media strategy.
• Proficiency in the influencer and UGC ecosystem, including briefing and scaling.
• Strong grasp of DTC economics, specifically CAC, LTV, and channel margins.
• Experience with Meta-heavy media mixes, incrementality testing, and creative fatigue.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
