Principal AI Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize AI models, including training and fine-tuning for various applications.
• Implement and deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Utilize Python for data preprocessing, model development, and automation of AI workflows.
• Research and experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies to stay ahead of industry advancements.
• Optimize and monitor AI models post-deployment to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
• Integrate AI tools like Claude to streamline tasks and share best practices with teammates.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT services/consulting or solution delivery management.
• At least 5 years focused on complex solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic solutions, preferably transitioning from a developer or architect role.
• Experience building and leading geographically distributed delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
