What you will do

• Receive and document incident information using standard support tools and procedures.
• Analyze logs, screenshots, and system data to troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide professional support.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to long-term product improvements.
• Maintain and contribute to the team knowledge base to enhance support effectiveness.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding operational processes and performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical support or software troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with SQL databases and basic query writing.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Understanding of web technologies including HTTP/HTTPS, APIs, and web browsers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
