What you will do

• Partner with BAs and SMEs to translate complex escrow management workflows into executable AI-powered processes.
• Design multi-step agentic workflows for reasoning, disbursement sequencing, and exception resolution.
• Implement agents and supporting infrastructure using Claude Code and test harnesses.
• Validate agent performance against regulatory constraints and domain rules with operations teams.
• Synthesize domain insights and decision logic into reusable runbooks and prompt libraries.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• 5+ years of software development experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go.
• Proven experience building agentic systems using frameworks like LangGraph or Semantic Kernel.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM-based application architecture.
• Experience in regulated industries such as mortgage, fintech, or healthcare.
• Ability to translate complex business rules into testable, executable requirements.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Anthropic's Claude API and Claude Code.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar tool integration frameworks.
• Background in business process management or BPMN diagramming.
