Senior GTM Analytics Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Architect and deploy Agentic Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities for intelligent identity resolution.
• Design LLM-powered systems and internal agents to automate KPI root-cause analysis and generate business insights.
• Build and manage complex data pipelines processing structured and unstructured data.
• Ensure high-fidelity inputs for the GTM data estate while integrating with governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to turn strategic business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data pipelines.
• Strong experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS, machine learning, and generative AI deployment.
• Background in data engineering, data science, or advanced analytics.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage dependencies and bottlenecks.
