What you will do

• Define and execute global cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals and IPO readiness.
• Lead and scale Security Engineering, SOC, and Security GRC organizations.
• Strengthen cloud, application, and infrastructure security for a global digital asset platform.
• Develop robust technical systems and operational flows to safeguard client and company funds.
• Implement a comprehensive AI governance and safety strategy.
• Ensure compliance with SOC 1/2, ISO 2700, ISO 42001, DoRA, and SOX requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CISO or senior security executive in high-growth tech or financial services.
• Experience leading security in a US public company or through an IPO, including strong understanding of SOX and SEC requirements.
• Deep technical expertise in cryptocurrency, digital assets, and hirify.global.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (GCP and AWS) and modern security architectures.
• Operational experience with self-custody systems and HSMs.
• Proven ability to present security assessments to Boards of Directors and regulators.
