What you will do

• Lead rapid prototyping cycles to transform concepts into production features.
• Architect and implement full-stack solutions using Node.js, React, TypeScript, Ruby, GraphQL, and Postgres.
• Drive technical decisions independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain scalable, production-grade systems handling sensitive healthcare data.
• Establish technical standards and best practices for AI integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production applications at scale.
• Proven track record of optimizing LLM implementations and prompt engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing AI/ML features in production environments.
• Strong background in full-stack development and scalable system architecture.
• Effective communication skills for translating complex technical concepts.
• Must be based in the United States.
