What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for B2B partners for individual and group travel requests.
• Create tailored, competitive commercial proposals based on specific client requirements.

• Negotiate rates, cancellation terms, and payment conditions directly with suppliers.
• Provide full operational support for booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Maintain high standards of communication that are friendly, confident, and detail-oriented.

Requirements

• Must be based in Kazakhstan or Azerbaijan.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.
• Russian: B2+ proficiency required.
• Solid professional background in tourism, tour operations, or TMC/DMC services.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex booking scenarios.
• High level of responsibility and ability to thrive under pressure.
