What you will do

• Manage incoming, in-process, and final inspection processes across all production lines.
• Oversee non-conformity handling and MRB flow on the shop floor.
• Directly manage quality technicians and controllers, including staffing and daily KPI tracking.
• Execute control plans and manage vision inspection stations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design and development process effectiveness.
• Collect and analyze quality data to support performance reporting for project milestones.

Requirements

• Technical degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production or operational quality within serial manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing inspection teams and MRB processes in aerospace, defense, or automotive sectors.
• Strong expertise in operational quality management, NCR, and containment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
• Previous management experience is highly preferred.
