Network Support Engineer

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise for installations, troubleshooting, and configuration of routers and wireless equipment.
• Act as the first line of support for global enterprise customers via voice, email, and ticketing systems.
• Manage incident resolution from start to finish according to established SLAs.
• Collaborate with international network support teams to resolve complex malfunctions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for network implementations.
• Conduct technical testing and provide on-demand support via remote conference calls.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals and routing protocols.
• Proven problem-solving skills regarding network connectivity issues.
• Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work a 40-hour, 5-day week that may include weekends.
• Knowledge of Peplink and HP Aruba switching.

Nice to have

• Cisco or Juniper certifications.
• Experience with WiFi products like Extreme Networks.
