What you will do

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop top-tier product support engineers.
• Manage the overall health of the case queue and ensure phone coverage.
• Drive customer escalations to resolution by engaging directly with enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify and manage support metrics, reporting tools, and infrastructure to ensure process-driven activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience successfully leading a product support team.
• BS degree in a technical curriculum or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of security platforms, email protection, cloud services, and SaaS.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing talent and fostering high employee retention.
• Must be flexible working evening and weekend shifts.
