Customer Training Manager

What you will do

• Build and run onboarding training for customer-facing hires across Support, Onboarding, and GTM.
• Own the seasonal training calendar and keep learning pathways current as ranching requirements change.
• Create product modules, written guides, assessments, tests, videos, and visual explainers covering collar behaviour, virtual fencing, and app workflows.
• Work with Product and Product Marketing to prepare training before new products and features launch.
• Run competency assessments and provide feedback to new and existing team members.
• Identify knowledge gaps through support calls, ranch visits, conversations with team leads, and collaboration with Customer Enablement.

Requirements

• Strong teaching, facilitation, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to make complex product workflows understandable.
• Experience working with Support, Onboarding, Customer Success, or field-based GTM teams.
• Experience creating training collateral, assessments, short videos, or visual explainers.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and using data to identify knowledge gaps.
• Comfort working on ranches and around livestock is required.
• Interest in ranching and agtech, with curiosity about hardware, software, animal behaviour, and farm operations.

Nice to have

• Experience in or exposure to agtech, farming, or complex technical products.
• Experience applying AI to improve training and learning workflows.
