Offensive Security Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Triage vulnerabilities reported via bug bounty programs across web, API, and server-client assets.
• Execute internal red team assessments and penetration tests against cloud environments and infrastructure.
• Assess AI/LLM-specific attack surfaces, including prompt injection and unsafe agentic tool-use patterns.
• Build and operate agentic tooling for reconnaissance, exploit-chaining, and LLM-assisted fuzzing.
• Collaborate with detection engineering to validate and improve control effectiveness and response times.
• Develop automation and tooling to scale security processes and mitigate business risks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in pentesting, red teaming, and product security.
• Hands-on experience conducting offensive security engagements across cloud, network, and application environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, and Cilium.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-specific vulnerability classes and testing methodologies.
• Ability to translate attack chains into clear, actionable findings for engineering and leadership.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Offensive security certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, or OSWE.
• Experience building internal red team tooling and infrastructure from scratch.
• Previous contributions to open-source projects.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
