What you will do

• Define the engineering and platform vision for MSSP SOC, Managed Vulnerability, and Managed NOC services.
• Lead the strategic migration from LogRhythm to Microsoft Sentinel and CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Design a sovereign, multi-tenant SOC architecture capable of serving government and commercial clients.
• Build modern SOAR capabilities and orchestration frameworks to automate analyst workflows.
• Drive the responsible adoption of AI-assisted triage and analyst augmentation.
• Manage engineering teams, technical debt, and strategic relationships with technology partners.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading SOC engineering or security-platform teams within an MSSP environment.
• Deep architectural knowledge of Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, and Entra ID.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale SIEM migrations and decommissioning programs.
• Experience designing secure multi-tenant architectures for regulated or government-facing environments.
• Proficiency in modern engineering practices including infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage geographically distributed teams and senior specialists.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SC100.
• Direct experience with LogRhythm.
• Knowledge of adversary behaviors and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
