What you will do

• Investigate and contain cybersecurity threats within customer environments.
• Provide best practice incident response to mitigate risks.
• Master and utilize custom MDR service tools for threat detection.
• Contribute to the real-life application and development of AI-driven detection.
• Work a rotating shift pattern of 4 days on / 4 days off, covering day and evening shifts.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) reviewing security alerts.
• Hands-on experience with EDR tools (preferably Crowdstrike, Defender, or Panda).
• Proficiency in reviewing firewall logs, network traffic, and cloud data (O365, Azure, AWS).
• A curious, problem-solving mindset and passion for cybersecurity defense.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Cork, Ireland.
