What you will do

• Build and produce e-learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
• Develop multimedia assets including animations, screen recordings, voiceover-integrated slides, and interactive exercises.
• Interpret storyboards, scripts, and learning blueprints and translate them into functional, engaging e-learning modules.
• Ensure content accuracy, accessibility, visual consistency, and technical performance meet quality standards.
• Support review and revision cycles by incorporating feedback from Training Content Owners, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Stay current with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia technologies to improve production capabilities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating e-learning content with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, or similar platforms.
• Strong visual design sense and ability to deliver instructionally effective, aesthetically polished content.
• Ability to work accurately from storyboards, scripts, and instructional briefs.
• High attention to detail and commitment to production quality and consistency.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a structured, cross-functional team.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or investment management.
• Familiarity with e-learning accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, EAA).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other multimedia production tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, Communications, or related field.
