What you will do

• Resolve technical escalations from Tier 1 support and collaborate with Tier 3 engineers.
• Manage customer communication throughout the incident lifecycle, ensuring clear and timely updates.
• Support customers during onboarding, implementation, and production phases, including deployments.
• Administer Kubernetes environments and maintain Linux-based systems.
• Document solutions and best practices to improve knowledge management and reduce future escalations.
• Participate in a global on-call rotation and adhere to strict internal and external SLAs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support organization.
• Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and networking.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration (Azure AKS, RedHat OCP).
• Experience with AI-driven support ecosystems and automated triage workflows.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent French language skills are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with version-control tools such as GIT or BitBucket.
