What you will do

• Lead the month-end close process for NCH Turkey, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations and analyze P&L trends.
• Coordinate annual, interim, US GAAP, and local statutory audits.
• Support SOX compliance and internal audit requirements within the MEA region.
• Drive process improvements and consistency across accounting practices in the region.
• Assist in the integration of business systems including SAP, OneStream, and Power BI.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local statutory accounting standards.
• Experience in managing month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and reporting tools like OneStream.
• Ability to coordinate audits and work with internal/external partners.
• Strong analytical skills for P&L and balance sheet review.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China.
