What you will do

• Design, implement, and enforce global credit and collection policies adapted to regional market conditions.
• Provide credit risk assessments, overdue portfolio analysis, and data-driven recommendations to senior finance leadership.
• Handle complex collections cases and lead direct negotiations with global customers, dealers, and clients.
• Make decisions on delivery blocks and apply risk-mitigation instruments while supporting high-volume sales and protecting margins.
• Evaluate and implement automated credit-control tools to modernize workflows.
• Supervise and mentor the Credit Controller while partnering with Sales, Customer Operations, and external collection agencies.

Requirements

• Experience in global commercial operations, customer management, or finance-related roles involving complex customer accounts and negotiations.
• Results-oriented approach to recovering overdue capital, optimizing cash flow, and protecting operating margins.
• Strong leadership, influencing, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to interpret corporate financial statements, assess customer creditworthiness, and analyze risk.
• Ability to use technology, automate routines, and continuously optimize core processes.
• Full professional proficiency in English is required for global customer negotiations.
