What you will do

• Drive technical direction and architecture decisions within the Accounting domain.
• Act as a technical mentor to elevate team capabilities and engineering standards.
• Lead design reviews and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline development and integration processes.
• Shape engineering practices, development workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from ideation to operations.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Swedish required.
• Strong experience in C#, .NET, Blazor, React, and Azure Functions.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft server environments and Azure PaaS/serverless architectures.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data flows and resilient architecture.
• Proven ability to manage the full software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
• Must be able to pass extended fit & proper requirements and background checks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks and Python.
• Familiarity with legacy data and integration tools like SSIS.
• Experience in the insurance industry or regulated environments.
• Experience using AI tools to support development and automation.
