What you will do

• Monitor receipt of incoming invoices and primary accounting documents in SAP.
• Review and post incoming invoices.
• Perform monthly vendor account reconciliations.
• Communicate with suppliers and collaborate with internal departments (Invoice Verification teams in Logistics, Procurement, or IT).
• Support month-end closing activities and year-end audit.
• Participate in automation and AI projects to optimize P2P workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or completed vocational training related to accounting.
• Strong interest in accounting, especially Accounts Payable; minimum 2 years of relevant experience (or internships/initial professional experience) in Accounting or Procurement.
• Basic to good experience with ERP systems, especially SAP (S/4HANA or VIM is an advantage).
• Highly structured, detail-oriented working style and ability to reliably meet deadlines.
• English: B2+ fluency required to collaborate internally and externally.
• German and/or Russian/Ukrainian language skills are a plus.
